An Easter Eggsperience at Blue Jasmine


This Easter, it is a full-blown family affair at Blue Jasmine. For one day only on 21 April 2019, revel in a scrumptious brunch buffet and fun activities for both the young and mature. Start with a variety of salads for appetizers including evergreen crowd favourites such as Potato Salad and Pasta Salad. For something a little more unusual, the light and fresh Shaved Apple Salad will taste especially refreshing in our warm humid weather.

From Thai flavours to exclusive Easter creations, Blue Jasmine makes a culinary celebration of Easter accessible to everyone. Dishes such as Lemon Steamed Fish with Vegetables, tilapia steamed with flavours from lemon slices, ginger, chicken stock and palm chicken; and Roasted Garlic Chicken Thigh, boneless chicken baked with garlic and lime leaves rested on a nest of fried bee hoon, bring in a deft touch of the Thai flavours that anchors the restaurant.

Other dishes such as the generously sized Scottish Eggs, flavour spheres the size of an adult hand that feature hard-boiled eggs encased in savoury beef and coated in crunchy breadcrumbs, then deep-fried; and Potato Au Gratin with Mushroom, which consist of sliced potatoes and sautéed mushroom baked in velvety béchamel sauce, seamlessly bring to mind and palate a taste of a classic Easter brunch menu.
