OLDTOWN White Coffee Unveils Its Latest Concept Store at Suntec with a New Look, New Drinks, New Dis


OLDTOWN White Coffee is proud to unveil its latest concept store at Suntec City Mall on 27th September 2018. Back with a bang, OLDTOWN White Coffee Suntec is the first to embrace the market with a brand-new franchise concept which will be gradually rolled out internationally. Having undergone a refreshing revamp, the 243rd outlet boasts a new look, new drinks, new dishes and new technology!

NEW LOOK

Unlike its other branches, the new 88-seater café has a distinctly modern and sleek outlook. To create a serene atmosphere for customers to enjoy their coffee, textured light oak walls and flooring, brass lights, and dark brown marble coffee tables are among the decorative art-deco-style details at this café. The royal gold accent wall and velvety red bench add a bold element to the interior. Self-ordering kiosks are also separated into individual cubicles to offer customers privacy.

NEW DRINKS

Caffeine addicts, brace yourself! For the first time in Singapore, OLDTOWN White Coffee is releasing exciting new coffee flavours which were instant hits when launched in neighbouring countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia and China. A modern twist on the classic OLDTOWN White Coffee we all love, OLDTOWN White Coffee introduces the Popcorn White Coffee Latte and the Coconut White Coffee Latte. The delicious popcorn taste blends beautifully with hints of caramel to liven up your taste buds. Topped off with crunchy caramel popcorn, the Popcorn White Coffee Latte’s bound to take you to the movies! Taste the flavours of coconut when you sip on the aromatic Coconut White Coffee Latte, sprinkled atop with toasted coconut flakes. They will also be bringing in their cold brew series featuring Sparkling Mango Coffee), and other fruity favourites such as strawberry and orange. These drinks will serve as fancy alternatives to your boring coffee. Selling prices to be advised.

NEW DISHES

The new store also offers a selection of store-exclusive new menu items including popular local snacks and flavours such as the Satay Platters (Beef: S$9.90, Chicken: S$8.90). Be charmed by the flavourful full-bodied broth of OLDTOWN White Coffee’s rendition of the Prawn Meehoon Mee ($7.90). Rich with the essence of prawn, the orange-hued broth packs a punch with the right amount of sweetness and spice. If you’re not feeling for soup, you can also opt for the dry version of the Prawn Meehoon Mee. There will also be a new rice dish, Salted Egg Butterfly Prawns Nasi Lemak (S$7.90) on top of their highly-raved signature Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun (S$6.90) and crowd favourite Rendang Beef Nasi Lemak (S$9.30).

NEW TECHNOLOGY

Raising the benchmark for out-of-home food and beverage companies, OLDTOWN White Coffee Suntec is one of the first few merchants in the market to adopt facial recognition into its ordering system. OLDTOWN White Coffee Suntec is also the first outlet to utilise such a system as part of the company’s digital efforts to boost service excellence. The facial recognition system is able to identify and authenticate customers, capture their past purchasing history, and provide personalised recommendations according to customers’ buying behaviour. Expect an exciting café experience like never before!

Moving forward, OLDTOWN White Coffee will be concentrating on expanding this new concept via a franchise system, and plan to open at least 5 such outlets in Singapore within the next three years.
