YOLO meal plans span a selection of eight different daily combos for each of its six calorie targets, ranging from 1,250 to 2,450 calories. Going against the grain of weekly or even monthly meal plans, YOLO’s daily meal plans offers flexibility to work in your cheat days, or social occasions that may revolve around irresistible food too good to deny.

To start, simply calculate your daily calorie intake using the calorie calculator on YOLO’s website, and choose from the range of daily combos available. At an affordable starting price of $19.80, each combo includes a lunch and dinner set ofyour choice from YOLO’s range of signature dishes and BYO (Build Your Own), as well as healthy snacks to fill you up through the day. YOLO places an emphasis on good, cooked food that warms the belly along with the reinvention of scrumptious dishes close to our heart.
Customers can enjoy the familiar tastes of Asian dishes including Miso Salmon, Peranakan Veggie Curry and Coconut Chicken, to Western alternatives like Salmon Quinoa Pancake and Beef Steak. The meal plan also comes with a list of recommended snacks, and even Asian breakfast options one can order from the coffee shop, to change up the combinations available.

Founded in 2015 by Alexis Bauduin from AXN’s The Apprentice Asia with Tony Fernandes, YOLO is halal-certified and serves ridiculously tasty and nutritionally-balanced power-packed meals for all dietary needs and preferences.
“We are looking to make healthy eating more accessible and convenient not just for the fitness community, but also the general public who wants to eat healthy without sacrificing great taste,” shares Alexis. “YOLO’s meal plan combos take the guessing game out of maintaining a balanced diet to reach one’s nutritional goals, be it to shape-up or build. Together with our chef and nutritionist, we constantly work to improve and expand our menu offerings to ensure that there is always something new and different to look forward at YOLO.”

YOLO meal plan combos are available for web orders with collection at the ICON Village outlet or via Ubereats delivery from September 2017 onwards. Those looking to incorporate delicious and healthy alternatives to their daily meals can also make their choices using the nutritional information available for each item on the a la carte menu.
